Responsibilities & Context:
Evaluating the latest trends and solutions available in the market and bringing ideas to implement them in our implementation process.
Understanding the ITIL framework and processes that existed at the customer`s place and implementing them in solutions given by Elitbuzz.
Product implementation and support of ManageEngine Asset Management products.
Product implementation and support of ManageEngine Helpdesk products.
Product implementation and support of ManageEngine UEM products.
Understand and design KPI-based reports in ManageEngine tools and Analytics.
Technical support for customers using products/solutions from Elitbuzz over Telephone or Remote sessions or Onsite Visit.
