Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing remote, telephone and onsite PC, network and applications technical support and advice
∎ Diagnosis office 365 mail related issues
∎ Responsible to archive the mail and other business documents in secured area and restore backup as and when required.
∎ Ensure trouble free secured wi-fi connectivity
∎ Troubleshoot smart devices problem (Apple , Surface etc)
∎ Occasional weekend or late evening work maybe required.
∎ Participation in the on call cover for the company’s mission critical systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Fluent in English
∎ Good Interpersonal Skill
∎ Good in MS Office
Salary: Negotiable
