Work Experience of at least 5 years at Project Management, Service Management or Technical Service of complex IT-Systems. Confidential attitude, assertiveness, distinctive communication skills. High degree of Customer Orientation and intercultural Competence. High Process and Target Orientation. ITIL & Project Management Certification (GPM, IGMA, PMI) is preferable. Native speaker Bengali, excellent English verbal and written.

Responsibilities & Context:

Searching a IT Service Manager for supervision and management of the service and maintenance process and team in regard to IT.
Supervision and management of the service and maintenance processes and team in regard to IT. Functional reporting to the Overall Service Manager in abroad and the Customer on SLAs and incident resolution for the IT related topics. Reporting to the Overall Service Manager Local counterpart for the Overall Service Manager in abroad, for the overall IT Service & Maintenance topics. Managing the SLA, identification of potential for improvement of the service and maintenance IT processes, implementation of process improvements. Close cooperation with the Helpdesks, Local Service Manager for Production, Service and Maintenance Team, Regional and Foreign sites Maintenance Teams, and Operations Support team. Close cooperation with the technical team and 3rd Level support personnel for the specific IT solutions of complete system. Planning of the Preventive Maintenance activities on all Sites, and according to the SLAs. Supporting Asset Management
