Job Context:
∎ MAF Bangladesh is a Christian non-profit NGO that uses light amphibian aircraft to transform the lives of isolated people in need. Working in partnership with various other humanitarian and development organizations, MAF delivers help and hope to remote and hard-to-reach communities in Bangladesh.
∎ MAF invites interested individuals to submit application in providing IT maintenance support services. The provision of services will be on demand basis and will be conducted in collaboration with the organization`s IT department.
∎ Contract Period: 1 Year, (renewable)
∎ Services:
∎ The service provider shall upon receiving request from MAF, undertake to provide the following services .

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Manage the IT systems of the programme by:
∎ Supporting installation, configuration, maintenance, development of MAF internal hardware (network, servers, clients, phones, printers , etc).
∎ Managing external connections (internet connections, phone lines, etc).
∎ Providing first line support for Business Applications.
∎ Routine cleaning and servicing IT equipment.
∎ To Mitigate against system failure by:
∎ Carrying out preventative maintenance routine functions including back-up/data recovery.
∎ Monitoring servers using automated systems and providing 24/7 support in the event of failure.
∎ To Provide Technology Services by:
∎ Responding to IT related issues and escalating the same to management in Dhaka and the organization's IT department.
∎ Troubleshoot and repair IT hardware.
∎ Providing technical advice whenever new IT equipment is required.
