Salary: Tk. 25000 - 50000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service

• Age 23 to 30 years

• Provide HR & Administrative support as needed.
• Provide full support to the Recruitment & Selection Process (CV collection, Screening, Call for interview, Interview arrangement)
• Manage Local and Foreign office as needed
• Have knowledge to prepare the documentation for Visa Processing, and Labor Laws.
• Draft formal reports, letters as per the Instruction of the Head office.
• Report time to time to head office according to instruction
• Performs other reasonable and relevant activities and functions as requested and required.
• Should have the mentality to play multiple role according to management decision.
• Regularly communicate with overseas clients located in Japan, Philippines, Korea, China.
