Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete IT audits on a quarterly basis and Maintain hardware and software inventories
∎ Developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future infrastructure needs
∎ Setup, configuration, install and maintain security patches on the operational and sever system,
∎ Configure, Backup, Update Switching, Routing and Firewall.
∎ Ensure server backups are fully operational on a cyclical basis
∎ Collaborate with the business and hosting provider to perform server and security audits, review system backup procedure, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
∎ Take ownership of IT outages and maintenance windows & Build redundancy into the company networks
∎ Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems to ensure stable IT Infrastructure and Network Communication for call center, and all site offices.
∎ Lead in Installing and setup servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
∎ Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
∎ Troubleshoot system & network problems & diagnose & solve hardware or software faults and replacing parts as required
∎ Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
∎ Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation, maintaining documentation.
∎ Installation, configuration & administration of Linux Servers, Maintain & Manage various services running in Linux system which include mail server
∎ Anti-malware and anti-hacking related activities
∎ Data Center Management:
∎ Monitors, identifies, resolves issues, and makes enterprise back-up system recommendations
∎ Maintains off site backup media processes and documentation
∎ Installs, maintains and upgrades server equipment
∎ Prepares and submits documentation for equipment, inventory tagging of data center equipment , Prepares used data center equipment for deployment, Serves as back-up to the senior level data center specialist, Installs and troubleshoots data network issues etc.
∎ Concentrate on internal touch points to deliver high-quality IT service for our smooth operations
∎ Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks.

∎ Ensure critical review of capital purchases an IT purchase through a budget with approved vendors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience of VPN Solution like remote IP SEC VPN, LAN to LAN
∎ Working experience on anti-malware and anti-hacking
∎ Experience in data center management
∎ Experience on System and Server administration
∎ Experience in Network Support will be necessary.
∎ Knowledge on application software management over different OS.
∎ Knowledge on CCTV, Mail, DNS, Proxy, Firewall, FTP, Web server etc.
∎ Hardware & Networking, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
∎ A+, Dell, HP, Network troubleshooting, Net +, Symantec NetBackup are an asset
∎ Knowledge in VPN Solution like remote IP SEC VPN, LAN to LAN
∎ Knowledge in anti-malware and anti-hacking
∎ Knowledge in data center management
∎ Experience and knowledge in System and Server administration
∎ Experience in Network Support will be necessary.
∎ Knowledge in application software management over different OS.
