Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IT
∎ Bachelor of Computer Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Information technology and computer systems.
∎ Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
∎ Manage IT staff by recruiting and training employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
∎ Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
∎ Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
∎ Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
∎ Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
∎ Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
∎ Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
∎ Providing technical support to users who are experiencing problems with their computers or software applications
∎ Identifying and implementing ways to increase productivity and efficiency in the workplace by using new technologies
∎ Monitoring employees' computer use to ensure that they are following company policies regarding Internet usage or software installation
∎ Providing information technology support for an organization's computer systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting and repair
∎ Working with management to create a strategic plan for using new technologies to improve operations within the organization
∎ Coordinating with other departments to ensure that they are using the latest technology tools.
∎ Should have skill in internet and other kind of internet facilities.
∎ Maintain and Configure Router & any kind of Wi-Fi router/switch & LAN.
∎ CCTV operation and maintenance.
∎ Diagnosing and fixing network problems.
∎ Knowledge on network fundamentals, general network/ device configuration.
∎ Able to prepare and implement preventative maintenance schedule for all IT software and equipment.
∎ Internal server, Network management, end user support and existing software administration.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management. Educational Requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): MVC, Web Form, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, MS SQL Server, Corporate IT Skills, IT Support Service.
∎ Training/Trade Course: IT and computer science.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill Experience Requirements.
∎ Computer skill.
∎ Capacity of leading a professional team.
∎ As a team leader must capable to lead the team efficiently.
∎ Ability to handle everything smoothly entire company IT related issues.
∎ Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
∎ Analytical, problem-solving skills.
∎ Proven work experience in IT Software & hardware.
