Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering from any reputed public or private university.
∎ Educational qualification may be considered as per experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair any faulty network systems (replacing hardware when necessary);
∎ Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work;
∎ Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule;
∎ Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems;
∎ Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders;
∎ Architect new networks implementing and configuring security appliances where necessary;
∎ Perform and store data backups as required;
∎ Monitor and Maintain small distributed cloud infrastructure;
∎ Ensure updating records of workstations, printers/scanners, computer names, staff accounts and locations;
∎ Have to design & Up gradation planning of current JAAGO Foundation Online School system;
∎ Providing support at the organizational event inside/outside of the organization;
∎ Communicate with Internet Service Provider and ensure Connectivity;
∎ Perform procurement IT product as per organization policy;
∎ Provide support, identify problems' root causes and provide solutions accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-4 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Have the ability to operate and solved all sorts of hardware, network and security related problems independently;
∎ Have the ability of innovative thinking, Collaborative communication and Drive for Results.
