∎ B.Sc. in IT or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Network Engineer/ Network Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide high quality end user support through diagnosis of technical issues in a computer system, maintaining them in perfect working condition
∎ Installation and Maintenance of Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Workstation) & Network.
∎ Installation of regular applications required for business use.
∎ Problem identification and troubleshooting for Hardware, Network, Printers, LAN, Network, Peripherals, OS, Office applications
∎ Regular follow-ups at Service Manager
∎ Conversant with Windows platforms like WIN-8, WIN-10, MS Office tools, Email Clients,
∎ Able to document the IT Procedures
∎ Operations of locally installed systems
∎ Incident management of any IT system in use
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive Knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012, MS Office Applications
∎ Networking knowledge: LAN, WAN
∎ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
∎ Windows environment (Windows Server & Client)
∎ General IP networking.
∎ Good skilled in IT Support
∎ Good Skilled in MS Office application: Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point & MS Outlook.
∎ Hardworking, Quick learner, soft spoken and good team player
