Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain the stability and connectivity of the office network infrastructure, including MikroTik routers and switches.
∎ Maintain, Troubleshoot and repair/solve network issues and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal downtime.
∎ Oversee the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
∎ Administer and maintain the company's Active Directory, ensuring user accounts, security groups, and permissions are accurate and up to date.
∎ Manage central storage systems, including file servers and data backup solutions, to ensure data integrity and availability.
∎ Configure and maintain the company's mail server, ensuring proper functionality, security, and email account management.
∎ Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to maintain a secure and productive working environment, including but not limited to network access, internet usage, and data protection.
∎ Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to enhance network performance, security, and reliability.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and ensure effective communication regarding IT-related matters.
∎ Assist in the implementation and enforcement of Microsoft IT infrastructures and policies.
∎ Operation, maintenance and upgrade of ERP software & Quick book
∎ Must have an excellent level of knowledge and experience with Apple and Mac devices.
∎ Must be ready to give emergency support 24/7 when required by the supervisor/management.
∎ Capable to repair, troubleshoot and maintain Computers, Printer, Scanner, Biometric device of the company.
∎ Any other work related to IT.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
∎ Proven experience in network administration and troubleshooting, particularly with MikroTik routers and switches.
∎ Sufficient knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and other networking protocols and technologies.
∎ Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting Active Directory, including user administration, group policy management, and domain controller configuration.
∎ Familiarity with centralized storage solutions and data backup strategies.
∎ Experience in managing and maintaining mail servers, such as Microsoft Exchange or Office 365.
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft IT policies and experience with their implementation.
∎ Solid understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
∎ Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users.
∎ Proven Experience in technology of computers, printer, scanner and IT hardware and software.
∎ Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, MCSE) are a plus.
