Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ Master’s Degree in Business Administration will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps and to ensure successful introductions across the organization and with customers.
∎ Develop solution concepts and business cases for new investments.
∎ Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, the information technology department, and outside vendors.
∎ Provide hardware, software and network support at organization level and update all system and application software and hardware.
∎ Country ERP Administration and Coordination (User management, Troubleshooting, User support, local installation, training at user level, handling change requests, etc.)
∎ Act as SPoC – Single Point of Contact with solution competence for incident management across the company.
∎ Responsible for country’s Cyber security and maintaining global cyber security standard.
∎ Support to the local IT requirement from Healthineers for local country perspective.
∎ Responsible for managing all Local and Global applications.
∎ Responsible for managing local IT Infrastructure, IT Governance & Cybersecurity.
∎ Will also be responsible for DWP - PC Management (installation, troubleshooting, hardware support, inventory etc.), LRA & PKI Operations.
∎ Responsible for managing the digitalization challenges to handle and support end users accordingly.
∎ Country co-ordination for global IT migration/deployment/digitalization etc.
∎ Planning, project management and implementation leadership, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of the IT space - Infrastructure, Applications, Cybersecurity and ITIL framework/concepts.
∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and executing strategic plans and/or project portfolios.
