Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Budget preparation, RFC, and control include monthly overhead monitoring, affiliated payments, and financial oversight with BL-wise data.
∎ Monitor and align overseas and commission accounts, settle SAG AP & AR, and manage the consolidated NCC report.
∎ Oversee and report on all SAP-related activities in SD, MM, PS (CCM), and CS (in line with IFRS 16) to ensure projects and orders are completed with optimal performance.
∎ Ensure the booking of all affiliated sales orders and revenue, as well as billing and invoicing for commissions and reimbursable amounts for both affiliated and non-affiliated companies.
∎ Provide support to auditors, implement findings, and serve as the single point of contact.
∎ BU wise countercheck and assigning GL no. into all sales relevant vendor bill & others (external) for cost controlling.
∎ Assist with company cash flow management for both sales and services, and maintain a strong cash projection on a monthly basis.
∎ Ensure correct revenue recognition in HC. Ensure & Maintain Compliance in all business transactions.
∎ Assist CFO on analyzing & monitor the BU wise yearly targets over cost, profit & business numbers.
∎ Special cross functional activities as when as required basis.
