Experience:
FCA / FCMA / ACCA / CPA / CA qualification is highly preferred.
International certifications in finance, corporate governance, or risk management will be considered an added advantage.
At least 5 years in a senior executive leadership role such as CFO, Finance Director, or Group Head of Finance.
Proven experience in large conglomerates, multinational companies, or diversified business groups.
Strategic Financial Leadership
Develop and execute the Group’s financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives and long-term growth plans.
Provide strategic financial guidance to the Board of Directors and Executive Management.
Support business expansion, investment planning, mergers, acquisitions, and capital structuring initiatives.
Financial Management & Reporting
Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/IAS and applicable regulations.
Monitor organizational financial performance and recommend corrective measures where necessary.
Treasury & Banking Operations
Manage treasury functions, cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Oversee project financing, syndicated loans, and capital funding arrangements.
Compliance & Corporate Governance
Ensure compliance with taxation laws, VAT regulations, statutory requirements, and financial policies.
Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and enterprise risk management frameworks.
Lead internal and external audit processes and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
Operational & Commercial Support
Partner with business units to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
Drive ERP implementation, financial digitization, and process automation initiatives.
Establish KPIs and financial performance benchmarks across all business divisions.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing Finance & Accounts teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, ethics, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
