Experience:

• At least 5 years

CA / CMA from a reputed institution. Additional certifications in hospital management or healthcare finance will be an advantage.

Strong communication ability with local and foreign partners including excellent negotiation and presentation skill in both English and Bangla.

Excellent analytical and strategic financial planning skills.

Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, Tax, VAT, AIT and corporate compliance.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multidisciplinary teams.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in managing Finance & Accounts of a standard Hospital. At least 5 years in senior financial leadership role (CFO / Head of Finance / Finance Director etc.)Experience in hospital, healthcare, medical college, or large corporate sector preferred. Strong knowledge of hospital billing, healthcare financial systems, VAT, TAX, ERP & Tally software.

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization’s financial management, planning, compliance, and business growth initiatives. The CFO will be responsible for ensuring financial sustainability, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial leadership for the hospital and its associated academic and healthcare operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hospital finance, healthcare budgeting, revenue cycle management, audit, taxation, and corporate financial planning.

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the hospital’s long-term goals.

• Advise Management and Board on financial planning, investments, expansion, and risk management.

• Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and forecasting.

• Lead financial feasibility studies for new healthcare projects and expansion plans.

Financial Management & Control

• Oversee all financial operations including Accounts, Treasury, Billing, Budgeting, Procurement Finance, and Internal Audit.

• Ensure proper financial controls, policies, and procedures across all departments.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management.

• Develop annual budgets and monitor budgetary performance.

Hospital Revenue & Cost Management

• Supervise hospital billing systems, patient revenue cycle, insurance claims, and collection efficiency.

• Analyze departmental profitability and operational costs.

• Implement cost-control initiatives without compromising healthcare quality.

• Monitor utilization of medical equipment and financial performance of hospital.

• Monitor revenue & expenses from indoor & outdoor patients

Compliance, Audit & Taxation

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh financial regulations, taxation laws, VAT, and healthcare financial standards.

• Coordinate external and internal audits.

• Maintain transparent financial reporting and corporate governance standards.

• Liaise with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for Management.

• Present MIS reports, KPIs, financial ratios, and performance dashboards.

• Conduct financial risk analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor Finance & Accounts teams.

• Develop a high-performance financial management culture.

• Coordinate with HR, Supply Chain, Hospital Administration, and Clinical Departments for financial integration.
