• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Age 28 to 36 years

• Manage goods receipt and stock transfer, ensuring timely goods issue against service requisitions.

• Prepare delivery challans and ensure proper documentation for spare parts dispatch.

• Conduct monthly warehouse stock verification, BIN checks, and space utilization review.

• Identify scrap items and coordinate with the scrap management committee for disposal.

• Maintain tracking of harvested items and ensure proper management by 3PL warehouse.

• Handle defective parts collection, returns, and ensure timely return logistics with freight forwarders.

• Manage import/export permits (CCI&E, BAERA), including radioactive source returns.

• Oversee import processes: LC/LCA, order booking, customs clearance, and C&F handling; liaise with banks.

• Verify vendor invoices and maintain accurate tracking reports for management.
