Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy IT Assistant to support our IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems across the organization. The candidate will assist in troubleshooting, installing, maintaining IT systems, and supporting team members with day-to-day technical issues.
∎ Key Responsibilities:1. Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues faced by users.2. Set up and maintain IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, routers, etc.) at office and project sites.3. Troubleshoot network and internet connectivity problems.Ensure timely updates and security patches for all systems.4. Assist in maintaining the company’s database, email system, and file server.5. Support project team with software tools and ensure data backup systems are functional.6. Maintain inventory and documentation of IT equipment and services.
