Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputed public or private universities (Textile Engineering Major will get preference).
∎ Skills Required: Fluency in Chinese (Mandarian) Language, Interpretation, Strong interpersonal skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chinese Interpreter, Interpretation, Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide accurate and effective interpretation between Chinese and Bengali/English during meetings, negotiations, and other communication channels.
∎ Assist in the preparation of bilingual documents for internal and external communication.
∎ Act as a liaison between Chinese-speaking representatives, managers, and workers in the textile industry in Bangladesh.
∎ Facilitate effective communication to ensure that instructions, feedback, and concerns are clearly understood.
∎ Provide cultural insights to prevent misunderstandings and foster positive working relationships between Chinese and Bangladeshi counterparts.
∎ Accompany Chinese delegations during visits to textile facilities, trade shows, and other industry events.
∎ Interpret discussions, presentations, and negotiations to ensure a smooth exchange of information.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality, especially when dealing with sensitive business information, negotiations, or proprietary technology.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and Bengali/English, both written and spoken.
∎ On hand experience as Interpreter will get preference.
∎ Be honest, trustworthy, respectful and flexible.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
