Job Context:
∎ We are a software company looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals for our software products.
∎ Job Location: 263 Malibagh Mor (Mahi Hasan Tower), Dhaka-1217
∎ Priority: Urgent Hiring
∎ Probationary period: 3 Months.
∎ Unpaid/Commission-based during probationary period

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate leads and prospects through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
∎ Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
∎ Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition to stay ahead of the game.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven track record in software sales or a related field
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong negotiation and closing skills
∎ Self-motivated with a hunger to succeed
∎ Knowledge of software is a plus
∎ Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred

∎ Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and other sales-related events
∎ Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms to generate leads and drive sales.
