Responsibilities & Context: Job Context: Are you passionate about technology and sales? Symantec Solution is a leading software and IT company specializing in custom software, ERP, POS systems, SEO, and web development. We are looking for self-motivated Software Marketing Interns to help us expand our market footprint. This role is perfect for individuals who want to learn the ins and outs of B2B corporate tech sales and high-impact digital marketing. Job Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Manage incoming phone inquiries and present our software solutions (ERP, POS, Custom Software) clearly to prospects. Use Facebook marketing, targeted digital campaigns, and social media posting to generate high-quality sales leads. Arrange and assist senior team members with software product demonstrations (online or in-office). Maintain a professional, welcoming presence at the office desk to handle walk-in client queries. Employment Status: Internship Working Hours & Career Path: Initial Phase: Part-time (4 hours/day) to assess drive, product understanding, and communication skills. Next Phase: Shift to full-time (8 hours/day) based on positive performance. Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months. Future Outlook: Candidates who meet our performance requirements or hit their sales targets will have a direct opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position. Experience Requirements: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. No prior corporate experience is necessary. Basic understanding of how businesses use ERP/POS software or digital marketing is a huge advantage. Additional Requirements: Confident, persuasive, and polite communication skills in Bangla (English skills are a plus). Comfortable making phone calls and talking to business owners or corporate decision-makers. Strong willingness to learn technical product details quickly. Ability to work on-desk daily at our Gulshan-Badda office.
