Are you an aspiring developer looking to turn your coding skills into real-world software solutions? Symantec Solution specializes in custom software, ERP, POS systems, and premium website development. We are seeking enthusiastic Web Development Interns to join our engineering team. You will work on real client projects, learn modern web technologies, and build a robust professional portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining company and client websites (Frontend and/or Backend).
Help customize and manage CMS platforms like WordPress or work with modern frameworks (based on your skillset).
Collaborate with the UI/UX and software teams to convert design mockups into responsive, functional web pages.
Debug code, troubleshoot website issues, and optimize site performance/SEO structure.
Occasionally assist the digital marketing and desk team with technical support or updates for social media assets.

Working Hours & Flexibility:
Initial Phase: Part-time (4 hours/day) on-desk to align with the core team and evaluate technical capabilities.
Next Phase: Promotion to full-time (8 hours/day) based on good performance and project delivery.
Remote Work Option: Highly reliable and self-motivated candidates may be granted a hybrid or fully remote work option after an initial performance review and team discussion.
Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months.
Future Outlook: Exceptional interns who meet our technical requirements and project delivery targets will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time developer role.
Experience Requirements:
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. No professional experience required.
Fundamental knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and basic PHP/WordPress or any modern stack (MERN, Laravel, etc.) is highly valued.
Additional Requirements:
Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for learning new technologies quickly.
Good communication skills to understand technical requirements from the project manager.
Ability to work on-desk daily at our Gulshan office during the initial observation phase.

Salary & Compensation:
First Month: Performance and coding skill observation period (Unpaid initially).
Performance Reward: Deserving candidates who show coding dedication, timely task completion, and good teamwork will receive a monthly allowance from the second month onward.
