Responsibilities & Context: Job Context: Are you a tech-savvy communicator who loves social media and enjoys talking to people? Symantec Solution is looking for 2 energetic interns to join our growing IT family. This role blends digital marketing with client communications. You will work directly with our core team, learning how to market custom software, ERPs, POS systems, and web development services. Job Responsibilities: Manage and create engaging content for our Facebook page and other social media handles. Handle inbound phone calls, answer client queries, and follow up with sales leads. Assist with basic digital marketing, SEO, and text/email outreach campaigns. Assist visitors at the office desk with a professional and welcoming attitude. Learn our software products to explain their features simply to potential corporate clients. Employment Status: Internship Working Hours & Career Path: Initial Phase: Part-time (4 hours/day) to observe dedication and core skills. Next Phase: Promotion to full-time (8 hours/day) based on good performance. Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months. Future Outlook: High performing candidates who meet our standard requirements or hit sales targets will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position. Experience Requirements: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. No prior professional experience is required. Familiarity with Canva, Facebook Business Suite, or MS Office is a major plus. Additional Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in Bangla (English proficiency is a bonus). Polite and professional phone manner for corporate client interaction. Ability to work on-desk daily at our Gulshan office. Job Location: Wakil Tower (8th Floor), Ta-131, Gulshan - Badda Link Road, Gulshan, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh. Salary & Compensation: First Month: Performance observation period (Unpaid initially). Performance Reward: Deserving candidates who show dedication and good performance will start receiving a monthly allowance from the second month onward. Bonuses: Performance-based incentives and sales bonuses are available for outstanding contributors.
