Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and oversee all operational functions including Sales, Marketing, Branding, and Pricing Strategy.
∎ Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end processes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
∎ Identify new business verticals and revenue streams to drive sustainable company growth.
∎ Lead all non-Govt. related projects & activities.
∎ Strategic Rollout & Execution
∎ Translate top-management directives into actionable business strategies.
∎ Ensure structured and timely rollout of strategic initiatives across all departments.
∎ Continuously monitor and adapt operational plans in line with dynamic market needs and organizational goals.Stakeholder & Partnership Management
∎ Build and manage strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, strategic partners, and vendors.
∎ Lead negotiations and execution of strategic agreements, both locally and internationally, to enable business expansion.Company Development & Innovation
∎ Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions for process improvement.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation.
∎ Act as a key thought partner to the Managing Director in driving long-term organizational development.
∎ Team Leadership & Collaboration
∎ Inspire, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to meet ambitious growth and operational goals.
∎ Build a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, performance tracking, and accountability.
∎ Business Operations & Growth
