Responsibilities & Context:
Serving to USA, Canada, UK and Australian customers
Setting up appointment and generating Tele sales in USA, Canada, UK and Australian market
Taking outbound / Inbound calls to reach target customers and generation of leads or Appointment setting
Recording customers data to identify their expectations and behaviors
Record keeping, Data processing and Database update
To Follow administration rules and comply all instructions from management.
