5. Experience in USA based campaign for 6 months will get preferences.
6. Applicants must be fluent in English and be able to work at night shift (8.00 pm to 5.00 AM)

• Serving to USA, Canada, UK and Australian customers

• Setting up appointment and generating Tele sales in USA, Canada, UK and Australian market

• Taking outbound / Inbound calls to reach target customers and generation of leads or Appointment setting

• Recording customers data to identify their expectations and behaviors

• Record keeping, Data processing and Database update

• To Follow administration rules and comply all instructions from management.
