Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serving to USA, Canada, UK and Australian customers
∎ Setting up Appointment and generating Telesales in USA, Canada, UK and Australian market
∎ Taking outbound / Inbound calls to reach target customers and generation of leads or appointment setting
∎ Recording customer’s data to identify their expectations and behaviors
∎ Record keeping, Data processing and Database update
∎ To Follow administration rules and comply all instructions from management.
∎ Serving to USA, Canada, UK and Australian customers
∎ Setting up Appointment and generating Telesales in USA, Canada, UK and Australian market
∎ Taking outbound / Inbound calls to reach target customers and generation of leads or appointment setting
∎ Recording customer’s data to identify their expectations and behaviors
∎ Record keeping, Data processing and Database update
∎ To Follow administration rules and comply all instructions from management.
