Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ A Level, O Level, HSC pass / BBA / MBA (Not mandatory)
∎ Having good command in English speaking or having IELTS score will get preferences.
∎ Preferred Skills: Cold Calling, Inbound, Outbound call
∎ Area of Expertise: Telemarketing, BPO Industries, Customer support, Call center, MCA, Janitorial / carpet cleaning, Air duct campaign
∎ Area of Business : Call center, BPO Industries, Telemarketing, Customer Support Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serving to USA, Canada, UK and Australian customers
∎ Setting up appointment and generating Tele sales in USA, Canada, UK and Australian market
∎ Taking outbound / Inbound calls to reach target customers and generation of leads or Appointment setting
∎ Recording customers data to identify their expectations and behaviors
∎ Record keeping, Data processing and Database update
∎ To Follow administration rules and comply all instructions from management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in USA based campaign for 6 months will get preferences.
∎ Applicants must be fluent in English and be able to work at night shift (8.30 pm to 5.30 AM)
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)

∎ Attractive Sales Bonus (an agent can earn up to Tk. 10,000 as sales bonus)
∎ Attendance bonus (Tk. 1,000 per month) from 1st month
∎ Bonus: 2 festival bonus and year end special incentive bonus in a year (based on performance & company rules)
∎ Free Dinner Facilities
∎ Transport allowance Tk. 1,000 will be provided from 1st month
∎ Weekly 2 holidays (Saturday & Sunday)
∎ Salary review in every 6 months
∎ Special facilities for Students, Insurance coverage and Saving Schemes for all (after 6 months)
∎ Others benefit as per company policy
