Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ A Level, O Level, HSC pass / BBA / MBA (Not mandatory)
∎ Having good command in English speaking or having IELTS score will get preferences.
∎ Skills Required: Cold Calling, inbound, Outbound calls
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serving to USA, Canada, UK and Australian customers
∎ Setting up appointment and generating Tele sales in USA, Canada, UK and Australian market
∎ Taking outbound / Inbound calls to reach target customers and generation of leads or Appointment setting
∎ Recording customers data to identify their expectations and behaviors
∎ Record keeping, Data processing and Database update
∎ To Follow administration rules and comply all instructions from management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Area of Expertise : Telemarketing, BPO Industries, Customer support, Call center, MCA, Solar, Janitorial / carpet cleaning, Air duct campaign
∎ Area of Business : Call center, BPO Industies, Telemarketing, Customer Support Service
∎ Experience will be granted as an extra benefits and would allow to direct joining with a good range of Salary.
∎ Must be good in English Speaking
∎ Able to work in Telemarketing services
∎ Able to work at night shift (8.00 pm to 5.00 AM)
∎ Candidates from Mirpur, DOHS, Mohammadpur, Kallyanpur, Shyamoli, Mohakhali, Farmgate, Tejgoan, Gulshan & Banani will get preferences.
∎ Short listed candidates will get call for a formal interview at an earliest possible.
∎ Selected candidates will go through a training session for 05 to 10 working days.
∎ Having good command in English speaking or having IELTS score will get preferences.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 28000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Transport allowance Tk 1,000 will be provided from 1st month
∎ Weekly 2 holidays (Saturday & Sunday)
∎ Salary review in every 6 months
∎ Special facilities for Students, Insurance coverage and Saving Schemes for all (after 6 months)
∎ Others benefit as per company policy
