Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, business management or a related field.
5-7 years of experience writing and managed a variety of corporate communications channels, including corporate intranets and internal social media channels in similar roles in Commercial organization/ FMCG/ MNC/ Local Conglomerate.
Strong knowledge and working experience with AI tools like Claude AI, Gemini AI is a requirement.
Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with the SGMH Culture Book to ensure consistent messaging and reinforcement of desired behaviors across Standard MH Group.
Plan and execute internal communication campaigns and initiatives aligned with the SGMH Culture Book to drive employee engagement and cultural alignment.
Collaborate with SBU leaders, HR teams, and plant management to ensure communication priorities are aligned and effectively cascaded across all levels.
Create and curate clear, engaging, and relevant communication content (e.g., announcements, newsletters, presentations) to enhance employee understanding and connection with the organization.
Standardize and maintain communication guidelines, templates, and tone of voice to ensure consistency, professionalism, and brand alignment.
Manage and monitor the company’s official social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) to strengthen employer branding and external stakeholder engagement.
Develop and publish social media content aligned with organizational values and brand positioning to enhance visibility, reputation, and talent attraction.
Track and analyze communication effectiveness (internal and external metrics) to drive continuous improvement and data-informed decision-making.
Support and advise leadership on key messaging, including change and sensitive communications to ensure clarity, transparency, and trust across the organization.
Coordinate and manage internal events and engagement initiatives aligned with the SGMH Culture Book to foster a sense of belonging and reinforce organizational culture.
Ensure compliance with corporate communication policies and governance standards to maintain accuracy, credibility, and brand integrity across all communication channels.
