∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST),Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Quality Audit and Inspection, Process development, SOP setup and execution, Proficiency in Quality Management Software
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform and control the full quality audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
∎ Identify processes, situations for meeting organization quality control requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
∎ Evaluate production processes for compliance with quality requirements
∎ Plan, execute the product inspection and carry out testing for quality and conformance to specifications
∎ Testing the composition, appearance, and functionality of completed products
∎ Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
∎ Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
∎ Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
∎ Developing and implementing quality control audit schedules and audit plans
∎ Participate in quality audits and lead a team of quality auditors when needed
∎ Periodically preparing and presenting quality audit reports to senior management
∎ Carryout follow-up audits, as required
∎ Develop internal auditing and testing parameters for products
∎ Periodically inspect and calibrate auditing tools (scales, calipers etc)
∎ Provide training and support to quality assurance team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
∎ Develop or update procedures for investigation and documentation of product complaints
∎ Documenting defects and recommendations for improvement
∎ Obtain, analyse and evaluate quality control documents, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
∎ Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
