• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Diploma in Commerce in Accounting
• Bangladesh University of Textiles,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology,Daffodil International University students will get preference

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Handicraft, Boutique/ Fashion, Shop/Showroom

• Age 20 to 28 years

Sales experience in Aarong will get preference in selection as sales executive

He/She should be able to display highest standard of discipline and professional etiquette.

Job Responsibilities

• Sales Executive should be able to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• The sales executive’s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, and continuously updating the CRM database.

• Setting sales goals, researching prospects of sales and developing sales strategies.

• Should be able to build rapport with customers.

• Contacting potential and existing customers over phone, through internet and in person.

• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

• Building and maintaining a CRM database.

• Participating in sales team meetings.

• Perform any other task given by the management if deemed necessary.
