·         Safety Data Sheets (SDS): Ensure all chemical suppliers provide updated SDS and compliance with REACH, OEKO-TEX, or GOTS standards for export markets (EU/USA).

·         Quality Testing: Coordinate with lab technicians to conduct shade matching and colorfastness tests before bulk purchase.

F. Spare Parts for Factory Machinery

·         Inventory Management: Maintain critical stock levels of spare parts for specialized looms (handlooms, power looms for rag-rugs), tufting guns, carding machines, and twisting machines.

·         Technical Sourcing: Identify and procure bearings, blades, needles, cylinder parts, belts, motors, and electronic control boards for jute processing and tufting equipment.

·         Vendor Coordination: Liaise with machinery OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and local engineering workshops to source non-standard or obsolete spare parts for handcrafting tools.

·         Emergency Procurement: Execute rapid procurement of breakdown spares to minimize production downtime (e.g., for rag-rug shredders or dyeing machine pumps).

G. Factory Development & Construction Materials

·         Infrastructure Projects: Source building materials (cement, bricks, roofing sheets, flooring tiles, plumbing, and electrical fittings) for factory expansion, new dyeing units, or drying yards.

·         Safety & Compliance: Procure fire safety equipment, ventilation systems, and dust extraction systems (critical for jute/rag-rug processing).

·         Utility Efficiency: Source energy-efficient lighting, water tank systems, and effluent treatment plant (ETP) construction materials to comply with sustainable manufacturing practices.

E. Reporting & Coordination

·         Daily/Weekly Reporting: Submit reports on:
