• Bachelor/Honors
• Bangladesh University of Textiles,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is must.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good in planning and analytical skills.

• Update database regularly by monitoring and evaluating supplier`s performance in terms of price and quality.

• Ensure proper inventory management and periodic stock evaluation.

• Ensure timely delivery of the requested materials and adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment.

• Correspondence with the suppliers and shipping agents to update shipment status.

• Maintain regular communication & liaise in between Suppliers & Commercial Department to congregate ETD, ETA, original shipping documents (Import) etc. to ensure prompt customs clearance and delivery.

• To ensure all commercial activities (e.g., issuance of PI, L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, negotiation to buyers and sellers, payment realization etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail.

• Co-ordinate with C&F agents, freight forwarders and transport.

• Ensure procedure of proper due diligence required by Brands and certifying bodies maintaining proper traceability.

• Hands-on experience in environmental sustainability initiatives.
