Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural layouts, develop 3D models using SketchUp.
Assist senior architects in project planning and design execution.
Modify and update existing drawings based on project requirements.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure design accuracy.
Conduct site visits when required for measurements and supervision.
Knowledge about interior design and Architectural materials is necessary.
Creating realistic 3d models and working drawing by computer-aided design (3D Studio MAX, Auto Cad with V-Ray Render, Enscape, D5 and Photoshop).
Conceptualizing new ideas and creative visualization.
Understand the client`s requirements and achieving their satisfactory level through design.
Experience in Interior Materials Sourcing, Estimation, Project analysis & Budgeting.
Familiar with Wood, Metal, Glass, Paint, Electric, and Sanitary & Civil works.
Prospective clients visit for understanding the requirements
To prepare Interior BOQ, Work Schedule, Interior materials requisition, materials QC.
Job Location: Bashundhara R/A Main Gate, (Beside Jamuna Future Park), Dhaka
Internship Duration:
Four (04) Months
After successful completion of internship, there is a high chance to become permanent and get full time position.
