Education:

• Diploma in Architecture
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural layouts, develop 3D models using SketchUp.

• Assist senior architects in project planning and design execution.

• Modify and update existing drawings based on project requirements.

• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure design accuracy.

• Conduct site visits when required for measurements and supervision.

• Knowledge about interior design and Architectural materials is necessary.

• Creating realistic 3d models and working drawing by computer-aided design (3D Studio MAX, Auto Cad with V-Ray Render, Enscape, D5 and Photoshop).

• Conceptualizing new ideas and creative visualization.

• Understand the client`s requirements and achieving their satisfactory level through design.

• Experience in Interior Materials Sourcing, Estimation, Project analysis & Budgeting.

• Familiar with Wood, Metal, Glass, Paint, Electric, and Sanitary & Civil works.

• Prospective clients visit for understanding the requirements

• To prepare Interior BOQ, Work Schedule, Interior materials requisition, materials QC.

Internship Duration:

• Four (04) Months

• After successful completion of internship, there is a high chance to become permanent and get full time position.
