Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Graphics Design / Bsc. in Computer Science from any recognised university/ institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective trainings on 2D Graphic design courses such as:
∎ Photoshop - using various tools for software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
∎ Designing leaflet, brochure, business card, poster, banner, logo, etc
∎ Creating a Composite Image
∎ UI/UX and Mobile App Design
∎ Ensure effective trainings on Basic MS Office Package Course (i.e., MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
∎ Ensure all training packages include knowhow for freelancing/ How to earn Online:
∎ How to become a good freelancer
∎ Analyzing the different freelance marketplace
∎ Creating Profiles on different freelancing website
∎ Online transaction
∎ Detailed session for different tip & tricks to get a job
∎ Develop and update competency-based modules and necessary teaching learning materials:
∎ Subject wise syllabus
∎ Session and lesson plans
∎ Trainee progress charts, logbook
∎ Arrange Competency Based Assessment.
∎ Ensure Learners attend classes in time, complete training and maintain discipline.
∎ Maintain proper management, discipline, accountability and transparency of the BRAC-ISD; demonstrate professionalism in attitude, conduct and behavior and adhere to BRAC's values, SDP decent work and social inclusion guidelines.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Diversified knowledge of IT sector in Bangladesh, and the global market
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Demonstrated success in delivering results, maintaining excellent quality under high pressure and tight deadlines
∎ Knowhow of earning online through bidding for projects
∎ Minimum 01 year of practical experience of conducting training, and developing modules for IT courses
∎ Work experience in at least 3 freelancing projects (Shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit project portfolio)
