Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collection, compilation, analysis and dissemination of the information in accurate and timely manner.
∎ Provide inputs in Design the monitoring and project databases with sector and donors together with WASH specialist information management- GIS and reporting officer.
∎ Ensure functionality and proper use of the current tools and provide feedback to the Project leads and team lead.
∎ Regularly map the project facilities and any other useful facilities connected to the WSH sector as per WASH sector.
∎ Create the approved organogram for the WASH sector and update it as required for your project level.
∎ Manage the project team meetings calendar and archive the meeting minutes for each meeting.
∎ Archive and file the project team communications, documents and Memos and follow all the action points with deputy team lead.
∎ Train the field team in information management and visualization.
∎ Create and establish WASH project funds Visualization at the WASH office and brief the visitors as directs by the deputy team lead and engineers.
∎ Maintain the follow up of the project workplan and achievement and kept updated.
∎ Compile the project HR related information and update the leaves regularly.
∎ Conduct the assessment tools with support from the deputy team lead/ WASH specialists information management
∎ Support the WASH Specialist in Releasing the WASH bulletin and newsletters and share with the sector partners and internal BARC.
∎ Provide the accurate information while the sector proposals and report are being drafted.
∎ Conduct the field visit to ensure the provided information are accurate and validate the collected information.
∎ Identify, train and Work with different WASH specific dedicated focal person at all the branches to ensure the GPS points and other required information are collected.
∎ Act as the focal person of information management in sector forums and establish good networking with sector partners.
∎ Perform any other related duties assign by the supervisor.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge in IT, MS Project and very good in Microsoft excel formulas and data analysis, ArcGIS, and any other relevant software
∎ Very good in coordination and perfect in English language
∎ Teamwork spirit and working with people and good networking and transparent
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Problem solving skills and initiative.
