Job Context:
∎ Chemonics International, Inc., a U.S.-based international development consulting firm, is seeking an Information and Communications Technology (ICT)/Blended Learning Advisor for an anticipated USAID-funded activity that will support higher secondary education in Bangladesh.
∎ This position will be based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the design and implementation of innovative blended-learning approaches and ICT solutions to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
∎ Provide technical expertise on the integration of ICT tools and resources, including continuous professional development training and digital content development.
∎ Supervise the activity's learning management system (LMS) design team to deliver LMS and blended training modules.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum five years' relevant experience in designing and managing the deployment of ICT solutions.
∎ Proven experience developing, guiding, and enforcing ICT strategies, particularly in instructional design with a focus on blended learning.
∎ Experience working with USAID, or other international donor supporting education-related programs is preferred.
∎ Proficiency in English required, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
