- The Global Health Supply Chain Program – Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project is the primary vehicle through which the U.S. Government procures and delivers life-saving health commodities and provides operational support to improve the management of the partner countries’ supply chain. In Bangladesh, the purpose of this Activity is to improve supply chain systems for commodity security, logistics, and regulation at all levels of the public health system—from national to subnational—to ensure that lifesaving health commodities are consistently available to healthcare providers and patients when and where they are needed and used appropriately to improve health outcomes.
Purpose
- The M&E Advisor will be responsible for designing and implementing Country Monitoring and Evaluation Plan (CMEP) and designing and populating the project’s M&E system. S/he will work with technical staff to ensure timely and consistent data collection and develop databases and spreadsheets to ensure data is readily available. S/he will train staff and selected partners on M&E system operations and collection methods, as well as collate information from technical staff and partners to update the system. S/he will perform data analyses and/or create graphics to inform reporting requirements and project communications products. S/he will also plan for and supervise intermittent impact assessments, collect and disseminate lessons learned, and share successes during project implementation.
