B. Sc in Agriculture/Agribusiness/Diploma Agriculture with relevant working experience/ social science with related working experience

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 3 (three) years work experience in agriculture production, market development and financial inclusion with private / development organization.
Strong experience in vegetable and flower value chain development and private sector engagement, with sound understanding of enterprise development, agri-market systems, and rural market dynamics. Ability to support business planning and profit analysis for cooperatives. Good knowledge of market systems involving government, private sector, and NGOs. Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills with computer proficiency (MS Office). Willingness to travel extensively in the field (motorcycle riding required) and ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
