Experience:
Minimum Graduate in any discipline with at least 2nd divisions/class at all levels.
Experience in government-funded projects will be given preference.
Experience with operate, update and maintain internal project software databases.
Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player with a passion for social development.
Willingness to travel as required.
The age limit for the applicant would be maximum of 30 years. Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.
Nature of Job: Project Staff
Job Purpose: To support the effective implementation of project activities at UCEP Bangladesh.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Support the effective implementation of project activities in line with organizational objectives.
Maintain accurate project documentation (electronic and hard copies), records, reports, and ensure confidentiality of information.
Efficiently operate, update and maintain internal project software databases, CRM tools, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Maintain, update, and manage official databases and files (both digital and hard copies).
Prepare, type, and format official letters, reports, memos and presentations (in both Bangla & English).
Handle daily administrative tasks, including managing emails, official correspondence and phone calls.
Coordinate office schedules, meetings and assist in managing office stationery and logistics.
Support financial and administrative activities, including bill verification, voucher preparation, banking transactions, bank reconciliation, and timely payment processing.
Coordinate logistics for workshops, training, meetings, events, field visits, and official visits.
Support project quality assurance through field monitoring, student/trainee assessments, training evaluation, RPL implementation reports, and continuous quality improvement.
Provide administrative support to audits, committees, capacity-building activities, and other project operations as assigned.
Provide support in project quality improvement through feedback and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain the confidentiality of organizational information, documents, and communications.

To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.

Monthly Salary: 25,000/- (Consolidated). TDS (Tax deducted at source) and any other statutory deductions will be applied as per government rules and UCEP policies.
