Community-Level Implementation:
Community-Level Implementation: Directly implement project activities in target communities, working with and supervising community volunteers, to deliver LLAA preparedness, readiness and early action activities.
Support LNA mapping exercises and participatory assessments to analyses risks and existing early-warning capabilities that can be capitalized on for LLAA.
Facilitate community dialogue, risk communication and awareness sessions to strengthen locally appropriate and accessible information systems.
Support communities and LNAs to develop LLAA initiative concepts, Analyses for Action, Alert Notes and Early Action Implementation Plans (EAIPs), including through Supporting Community Led Response (SCLR) appreciative inquiry processes.
Support implementation of approved LLAA preparedness/readiness activities and phased early actions (once activated), and monitor warning signs at community level.
Provide day-to-day guidance, on-the-job coaching and capacity building to community volunteers engaged in project delivery.
Community Engagement and Capacity Building:
Support delivery of learning pathways and knowledge-framework trainings on LLAA to LNAs and community members, including tools such as the AESAN gender- and inclusion-responsive module.
Support the formation and functioning of community groups/committees that promote cooperation between LNAs on LLAA and disaster risk management.
Conduct regular learning, sharing and accountability sessions with community members to gather feedback and inform continuous improvement.
Contribute to an inclusive working environment for marginalized populations, including women, PWDs, Rohingya refugees and host community members.
Monitoring, Reporting and Documentation:
Support the MEAL Officer with routine data collection, field monitoring visits and community feedback processes.
Produce high-quality, timely activity and event reports on program activities, in line with FIVDB and donor requirements.
Conduct regular field visits to assess activity quality, gather beneficiary feedback and ensure prompt response as per guidelines.
Document lessons learned, case studies and impact/change stories from community activities, supported by photos and videos, aligned with donor and FIVDB guidelines.
Administrative and Financial Support:
Assist the Project Coordinator in developing the Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) and conducting field-level budget tracking to ensure activities and funds are managed in line with the approved plan.
Ensure all field-level expenditure is recorded and processed in accordance with the relevant activity line, budget and code.
Support procurement planning and distribution schedules for community-level activities and inputs.
Coordination:
Coordsinate with camp-level and upazila-level sectoral structures and Disaster Management Committees (DMCs), adapting to new developments as per sector standards.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders at community, camp and host-community levels to support LLAA and social cohesion outcomes.
Represent FIVDB at relevant field-level meetings and with local stakeholders as required.
Ensure compliance with FIVDB/Christian Aid safeguarding, PSEAH, financial and administrative procedures in all field activities.
Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
