Additional Requirements:
Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in a garments/accessories manufacturing company, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma (preferred).
Proficient in MS Office, IE tools, and ERP systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Adzi Trims Ltd., a reputed and fast-growing accessories manufacturer, is looking for a qualified and experienced Industrial Engineering (IE) Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead our IE department with a focus on productivity improvement, cost control, process optimization, and overall efficiency enhancement.
Job Location, Factory: Dautia , Kalampur , Dhamrai, Dhaka 1351.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Industrial Engineering team and oversee IE activities across production units.
Develop and implement time and motion studies, line balancing, and capacity planning.
Identify and drive continuous improvement projects to optimize production cost, efficiency, and resource utilization.
Analyze workflow, manpower utilization, and production layouts for maximum efficiency.
Work closely with production, quality, planning, and merchandising departments.
Support implementation of lean manufacturing principles and 5S initiatives.
Ensure standard operating procedures (SOP) are in place and followed.
Conduct regular performance reviews and suggest improvements to reduce bottlenecks.
