• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in a garments/accessories manufacturing company, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma (preferred).

• Proficient in MS Office, IE tools, and ERP systems.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Adzi Trims Ltd., a reputed and fast-growing accessories manufacturer, is looking for a qualified and experienced Industrial Engineering (IE) Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead our IE department with a focus on productivity improvement, cost control, process optimization, and overall efficiency enhancement.

Job Location, Factory: Dautia , Kalampur , Dhamrai, Dhaka 1351.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Industrial Engineering team and oversee IE activities across production units.

• Develop and implement time and motion studies, line balancing, and capacity planning.

• Identify and drive continuous improvement projects to optimize production cost, efficiency, and resource utilization.

• Analyze workflow, manpower utilization, and production layouts for maximum efficiency.

• Work closely with production, quality, planning, and merchandising departments.

• Support implementation of lean manufacturing principles and 5S initiatives.

• Ensure standard operating procedures (SOP) are in place and followed.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and suggest improvements to reduce bottlenecks.
