Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or any engineering stream or science graduate from reputed public or private University.
∎ Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from a renowned university with excellent academic results is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Core Responsibility (including but not limited to):
∎ To study factory production capacity and efficiency.
∎ To study the production process and assessment efficiency of the operator.
∎ To find out style SMV by time study.
∎ To follow-up the factory production & efficiency.
∎ To help and motivate operator to achieve daily production target.
∎ To analyze and study the style.
∎ Recommends acquiring the most appropriate equipment to expand or modify production lines, machines. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
∎ Prepare breakdown, operation bulletin and garments layout and calculate SMV efficiently among all sections and help the planning department to make plans, schedule and achieve shipment target.
∎ Design layout of equipment, materials and workspace to point up maximum efficiently using IE method/tools.
∎ Implementation of various tools and techniques of LEAN 5s and Six Sigma.
∎ Perform capacity study, method study, motion study, sewing costing and skill tests for recruiting new operators.
∎ Minimize wastage and increase productivity and utilization of man, machine and materials.
∎ Ensure accurate and optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction and increased profitability.
∎ Set up and review process for Improvement of production, input and output plan, training of workers, calculate SMV for production planning and line balancing.
∎ Training for potential workers.
∎ Working on the production floor and dealing with line floor In-charge.
∎ Collecting daily floor production data and other performance data.
∎ Monitoring and line balancing based on capacity & WIP on the line.
∎ Monitoring bundle system are maintained.
∎ Daily scan and MIS report Reconciliation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good knowledge about high SMV garments, such as work wear, padded jackets/pants, sportswear, bottoms, Jackets and Lingerie.
∎ Must have good knowledge about both knit and woven.
∎ Must have vast experience in the field of industrial engineering and planning for a knit garments factory.
∎ Should have vast IE knowledge and experience.
∎ Should have strong Leadership capacity.
∎ Should have strong personality.
∎ Strong Leadership and communication skill
