Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct SMV calculation, capacity estimation, and production planning
Analyze workflows to optimize productivity and reduce waste
Develop line balancing, manpower allocation, and workstation layouts
Monitor daily production efficiency and propose improvement actions
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S techniques
Support cost reduction through process engineering
Work closely with production, quality, and planning teams to meet targets
Prepare reports, performance dashboards, and SOPs
