Job Context:
∎ AJI GROUP (100% Vertical Knit Industry Ltd.)
∎ We are looking for interested candidates as Quality – Incharge (Dyeing Lab), who has initiative in the following sector, drive and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor in preparing necessary recipes for lab in respect of color, shade and other quality parameters.
∎ Instruct team members for chemical-dye formula/process to be appropriate to create the right color.
∎ Should have good working knowledge in particularly color & shade matching.
∎ To make program, sample checking and color measurement.
∎ Analyze lab data, consumption of raw materials and quality control measures.
∎ Follow-up in developing samples with a high degree of personal responsibility.
∎ Higher analytical skills of understanding the dyeing, printing, finishing processes.
∎ Advancing through technical discussion with subordinates.
∎ Control & provide guideline to subordinates.
∎ Check and test the quality of different dyes, pigments and other auxiliaries.
∎ Review final Color Recipe worksheets.
∎ Have a good working Knowledge in lab to Bulk coloration.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
