Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Uk base buyer work experience will be preferred.
∎ Extensive experience in Piece dyeing of weft knitted fabrics in a reputed textile mill.
∎ Be familiar with Dyeing machines with Microprocessor control.
∎ Broad knowledge about yarn processing to knitted fabric, dyeing and finishing of weft knitted fabrics
∎ Uk base buyer work experience will be preferred.
∎ Extensive experience in Piece dyeing of weft knitted fabrics in a reputed textile mill.
∎ Be familiar with Dyeing machines with Microprocessor control.
∎ Broad knowledge about yarn processing to knitted fabric, dyeing and finishing of weft knitted fabrics

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain in development stage to bulk all test parameter according to buyer requirement.
∎ Functional "hands-on" mechanical understanding of textile equipment used in handling, production, and finishing of weft knitted fabrics.
∎ Able to handle shade matching independently both in Lab and bulk dyeing.
∎ Need to understand and analyze fabric finishing.
∎ Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets software applications.
∎ Recipe correction and maintain proper documentation.
∎ Prepare monthly chemical consumption.
∎ Maintain 6s in all process.
∎ Analyze risk and take precaution for process development.
∎ Communication with merchants and production team for final finishing.
