Responsibilities & Context:
∎ All kinds of CAD CAM software (Optitex, Lectra, or equivalent) to create, modify, and grade patterns.
∎ Develop accurate patterns based on buyer’s tech packs and specifications.
∎ CAD software (Optitex, Lectra, or equivalent) to create, modify, and grade patterns.
∎ Ensure fit accuracy by evaluating samples and making necessary pattern adjustments.
∎ Prepare efficient markers to optimize fabric usage and calculate consumption.
∎ Coordinate with the sample team during proto, fit, and PP sample development.
∎ Review and implement buyer comments on sample fitting and measurements.
∎ Provide technical guidance to sewing, cutting, and QA teams.
∎ Maintain pattern records, spec sheets, and sample tracking logs.
∎ Ensure all patterns meet quality standards and buyer requirements.
∎ Support bulk production with approved patterns and technical documentation.
∎ Calculate and confirm accurate consumption of fabric, trims, thread, elastic, zipper etc. as well as ensure booking is done accordingly
∎ Coordinate with fabric and cutting section to identify fabric and marker issues such that fabric and other wastages can be minimized
∎ Handover the styles to merchandiser along with all the product details and technical information and communicates about development status with concern person
∎ Must have experience in 100% Export Oriented Knit Garments industries.
