Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduates from any reputed University. (Candidates having Insurance related degree or BIA Diploma is preferred)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ A reputed fast growing publicly listed General insurance Company in the country is looking eligible and deserving candidates for the above position
∎ Job Location: Head Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after company's Claims related activities as an In-charge/ Head of Claims department of the company.
∎ Strong decision making & analytical capabilities & higher level of Management skill along with preparing and delivery report as per requirement of the Board of Directors'/Management
∎ Deal/correspondence & monitoring with local and foreign clients/organization.
∎ Preparation of all papers for Claim Committee Meeting/ Board affairs as per law.
∎ Maintain effective working relationships with law enforcement agencies & Sadharon Bima Corporation
∎ Making sure that claims are dealt with according to related insurance laws
∎ Strong Knowledge on re-insurance recovery.
∎ Capable to handle all classes (Fire, Marine, Motor & Misc.) of Claims.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ The applicants should have minimum 10 (ten) years or more experience in Claims department of reputed General Insurance Companies. (Minimum 5 years' experience as In-charge is preferred)
∎ Should be honest, trustworthy and hard working
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, influencing ability & an approachable working style to the needs of the organization.
∎ Strong communication skills in Bangla and English
∎ Willingness to visit claim affected areas frequently as and when required.
∎ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) is essential.
∎ Should be capable to work as individual or in team.
