∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Minimum Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, IT, or related field from a reputed public university.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in database administration, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
∎ Experience with non-life insurance systems, ERP, or financial databases will be prioritized.
∎ Proficiency in database management systems (Mongo DB, MS Access, PostgreSQL(optional)
∎ Strong knowledge on Oracle Linux, CentOS Linux & Red hat Linux & Windows server platform.
∎ Strong Knowledge on Disaster Management Systems.
∎ Strong experience on database server installation & configure database instance.
∎ Implement Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters) & Restore Backup.
∎ Performance Tuning/Collection/Analysis and optimize queries to improve overall system performance.
∎ Implement & manage monitoring systems to track database performance, growth and availability.
∎ Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL) and scripting languages (SQL, PL/SQL).
∎ Strong understanding of data security, backup/recovery, and cloud database solutions.
∎ Strong Knowledge on (Tables, Views, Indexes, Sequence, Packages, Functions, Triggers, Materialized Views).
∎ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic environments.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Team player with the ability to work independently when required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient database systems (e.g., Oracle, MSSQL Server, MySQL) to support business operations.
∎ Perform database monitoring, optimization, tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure high performance and availability.
∎ Manage data backups, disaster recovery plans, and ensure data integrity and security compliance.
∎ Collaborate with IT teams to integrate databases with applications, ERP systems, and third-party platforms.
∎ Develop and enforce database policies, access controls, and user permissions.
∎ Create and maintain technical documentation, including schemas, procedures, and reports for management.
∎ Oracle Forms 12c install, Oracle Form & Report 12c (Compile)
∎ Strong Knowledge on RMAN Backup & Recovery and archive log monitor and clear.
∎ Assist in the migration, upgrading, and patching of database systems.
∎ Monitor database security, identify vulnerabilities, and implement corrective measures.
∎ Provide technical support for database-related issues and ensure 24/7 system uptime.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and service providers for database-related solutions and maintenance.
