Job Context:
∎ A reputed fast growing publicly listed General insurance Company in the country is looking eligible and deserving candidates for the above position
∎ Job Location: Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain over all network system (LAN, WAN & Wireless).
∎ Having ability on troubleshooting, installation and maintenance independently ensure systems are secured from external threats like hacking/virus attacks, including regular checks.
∎ Analyze equipment performance records to determine the need for repair or replacement.
∎ Making documentation for purchasing IT equipment and Printers Toner.
∎ Maintaining IP based CCTV camera and the office access control device.
∎ Maintain computer networks including computer hardware, systems software, applications software and all configurations.
∎ Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
∎ Perform routine check-up-s for different IT issues.
∎ Supervise and monitoring company Access Control system.
∎ Maintenance & Connectivity support the PABX System.
∎ User's support & training according to user's call.
∎ Preparing and updating IT inventory list.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies, Insurance Companies.
∎ Ability to work under dynamic environment and manage aggressive timelines.
∎ Must be experienced CCNA in Cisco networking.
∎ Must be experienced in MikroTik Base Networking.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English.
