∎ কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমোদন অনুযায়ী নতুন কর্মী নিয়োগ।
∎ নতুন কর্মীর ব্যক্তিগত ফাইল প্রস্তুত ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা।
∎ নতুন কর্মীদের ম্যানুয়াল উপস্থিতি সংরক্ষণ করা।
∎ লেফটি ওয়ার্কারদের চিঠি প্রদান।
∎ রিজাইন, লেফটি ওয়ার্কারের ব্যক্তিগত ফাইল রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা।
∎ বেতন এবং ওভারটাইম প্রস্তুত করতে সহয়তা করা।
∎ ইনক্রিমেন্ট ও প্রমোশনের চিঠি ইস্যু করা।
∎ বি জি এম ই এ বায়োমেট্রিক ডাটাবেজ আপডেট নিশ্চিত করতে সহায়তা করা।
∎ কর্মকর্তাদের দুপুরের খাবারের ব্যবস্থার দেখাশোনা করা।
∎ মাসিক প্রতিবেদন প্রস্তুত করা ও সংশ্লিষ্ট বিল চেক করা, জমা দেওয়া।
∎ প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিয়ম শৃঙ্খলা নিশ্চিতে সহয়তা করা।
∎ কমপ্লায়েন্স বিভাগকে বিভিন্ন কাজে সহায়তা করা এবং সবর্দা যোগাযোগ রক্ষা।
∎ ব্যবস্থাপনার প্রয়োজনীয়তা অনুযায়ী অন্য কোন সম্পর্কিত কাজ।
