∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Software implementation experience is required
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receives client's support requests and complaints about the phone, online or directly face to face.
∎ Provides support, identifies problems' root causes and provides solutions accordingly.
∎ Keeps a record of each support and complaint details after providing solutions.
∎ Resolves hardware, software and connectivity problems and determines the source of computer problems and provides solutions accordingly.
∎ Repairing and recovering hardware or software failures and simultaneously coordinating and communicating with concerned authorities.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
∎ Performs other duties assigned by Top Management when required.

∎ Good oral communication skills.
∎ Good listening skills and analytical skills.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
∎ Applicants have to be Smart, energetic and good communication skill

∎ Medical domain software knowledge will be an added advantage
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may arise during maintaining a team
